It was another beautiful day in the kingdom of Nirgarh when the sun rose up and the whole kingdom was decorated with flowers as today the prince of Rajgarh was arriving for the first meeting with his soon to be wife , princess Vandita

Vandita was curious for her soon to be husband to reach her kingdom as her friends started teasing her by his name

Lakshmi - looks like someone is desperate to meet her husband

Radha - but Vandita have you ever got the chance to meet him before ?

Vandita - No , I'm meeting him for the first time today , as the marriage was arranged to form the better Relationship between the kingdoms of Nirgarh and Rajgarh...

Vandita said as she was feeling a little upset that it was the alliance for the peace Treaty , as Nirgarh and Rajgarh was the only biggest kingdoms of the Hindustan at this point , the other small kingdoms tried to stay away from these two bigger kingdoms in the terms of any conflicts or wars , Vandita was the kind of girl who always wished to have a love marriage as she knew if she would like someone then her father will definitely trust her choice but who knows the future , it was written in her destiny to have an arranged marriage like this , she was not against arrange marriage but she had that mindset that if two people tie a holy thread of marriage it should be out of love , but she never doubted her father's choice for her she was sure that her soon to be husband will love her wholeheartedly and if not then she will make it happen , infact she started to like him ever since their marriage has been fixed , after she got the news that her alliance has been Fixed with Prince Ranvijay , she started to write poetry of his name and eventually as the time passed by , she started to like him , she heard a lot about him , and she started to like him without her realizing .

                    In the evening

Meanwhile Ranvijay who was arriving in Nirgarh today as he was meeting his soon to be wife , Ranvijay arrived with his younger brother prince Abhimanyu , by the time they reached the kingdom of Nirgarh, the sun setted

As they reach on the main entrance of the kingdom the Nirgarh family welcomes them

King Suryapratap with his Queen reached at the main gate to welcome the princes, Queen Ambika took the plate of Aarti from the attendee and welcome them , they greet them and told them to enter the palace .

Ranvijay's pov

As I entered the kingdom with my brother Abhimanyu , I was welcomed by the king and the queen , they welcomed us with a smile and the queen took the plate for the Aarti, after that we entered from the main gate to the hall where all the family members were gathered to welcome us .

Dadisa - Padhaaro , Jamaai sa , we all were  eagerly waiting for your arrival , I hope you reached here without any nuisance .

Ranvijay - Ji dadisa ,  Ghani khamma , we reached here without any problem

Dadisa - that's good , come , have seat

Ranvijay - sure

                  After a while

King Suryapratap - Prince Ranvijay and prince Abhimanyu, I think you both should take some rest ,you must be tired .

I nodded and we both took our leave from the hall , the king ordered the attendees to prepare the chambers for us to stay

I was walking in the hall when I suddenly heard the sound of anklets ,as if someone was running from there ,I saw a woman running from behind the curtains , I took my sword out and watched each and every movement of hers and grabbed her hand

Her face was covered with dupatta ,only her eyes were seen , and I put my sword on her throat and she started panicking , I grabbed both her hands and put them behind her back , I was staring into her eyes deeply and those honeydipped brown eyes were so intoxicating, as if I've seen them before , her face was covered but I knew who she was...Just by looking at her eyes , i could tell she was Vandita , i kept staring at her but then i came out of my trance and I shook my head to get rid of my thoughts that's when she took the chance and ran away from there , her anklets made sounds while she's running and she ran from there .

I looked at her direction till she vanished from my sight , i came out of my trance when Abhimanyu came and placed his hand on my shoulder

                 Vandita's pov

Radha and Lakshmi came excitedly to me and said

" Prince Ranvijay and prince Abhimanyu has arrived , Vandita "

I felt a wave of happiness running through my veins as I heard the news of his arrival, I went to hall to take a glance of him , that's when I saw him , A Tall , handsome man wearing kurta standing on the entrance of the main gate of the kingdom, he was so captivating that I couldn't take my eyes off of him for even a second , his strong biceps ,buff chest could be seen even in the kurta , I had seen many men in my life but he was somewhat felt different to me

Suddenly a thought came to my mind and I took my dupatta in my hands and covered my face with it and decided to look at him closely by going near him , I took my sword with me and waited for him to reach the hall of 2nd floor of the palace

When he arrived , I hid behind a curtain and glanced at him , just when I decided to go from there , suddenly I heard the bells of my anklets echoing in the hall , I got stunned , my mind stopped working , I thought what if he catches me , I tried to escape from there that's when someone grabbed my hand pulled me towards him , I opened my eyes and realized that Ranvijay pulled me by my wrist , his grip was tight around my wrist, I looked at him sharply in his eyes , his eyes looking straight into my eyes , I was feeling extremely nervous , my heart started beating insanely , my stomach twitched with the nervousness , suddenly he put his sword on my throat ,I got panicked ,sudden thoughts were filling in my head and I was thinking of a way to get rid of this situation just when I realized he seemed lost in his thoughts that's when I took the chance and freed my hand from his grip and ran away from there

                       Ranvijay's pov

I was disturbed from her thoughts when Abhimanyu came there and placed his hand on my shoulder

Abhimanyu - bhaisa , what happened?

Ranvijay - Nothing , let's go to our chambers

Abhimanyu - ok bhaisa

After I entered my chamber , I took shower and went to the window to get rid of my thoughts that were running in my mind

Ranvijay - I'm pretty sure she was princess Vandita but Why do I feel as if I've seen those eyes somewhere, as if they are familiar to Me . I never met Vandita before but just by looking at her eyes I felt as if those eyes are familiar to me...

( Ranvijay's mind was in turmoil as he tried to make sense of the encounter with the woman he met in the hall , He couldn't shake off the feeling that he had seen those eyes before, that there was a connection between them. But how could that be possible when he had never met Vandita before )

I kept looking at the moon while trying to find some answers to my questions but nothing came to my mind

Ranvijay - I think I should get some sleep ,maybe I'm tired that's why I am thinking way too much

Still the thoughts were running in my head but I tried to focus and slept
